My Experience with the Product:

I was suffering from severe dandruff this winter which was causing my scalp to itch and the flakes had turned my hair rough and dry. That is when I decided to pick up this product from Himalaya, having a lot of faith in their products. The color of the cream is an extremely light whitish green and the smell I would say is heavenly. The texture is light and easy to massage into the scalp after parting the hair. It gets absorbed quite easily, leaving behind no sticky residue. Now the revelation that you were waiting for - it completely eliminates dandruff from the very first wash! Not just that, my rough and dry hair has turned soft, smooth and shiny with usage of this cream. My hair is curly and frizzy too and I am happy to say that the frizzes have been smoothened down to a great extent by the cream. The itchiness due to dandruff has completely disappeared and just as it claims, my hair fall has reduced to just one or two strands a day. I would say this product delivers complete satisfactory results. You could use any anti-dandruff shampoo to wash it off but using the one from the same brand would perhaps increase its effectiveness. Just a word of caution though, though the company mentions in its directions that this can be used after shampooing, you could do well by refraining from it as it would cause all the dust and dirt to accumulate on your hair because everywhere we go, there is pollution. Therefore to be on the safe side, apply before washing your hair and see the results.
